Loan Operations Manager

Department: Loan Processing and Titles
Location: Englewood, CO

iLending is hiring an experienced Loan Operations Manager. We are looking for full-time, career-oriented individuals who want to join a fun and energetic company.

LOCATION: The position is on-site in the Englewood Office. To be considered for this position, you must be local to the Denver Area, or moving to the Denver Area. Relocation assistance is not provided.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Loan Processing Manager is responsible for the training, development and overall management of the Loan Processing team. The ideal candidate for this role is highly detail oriented and has experience in document preparation, loan processing, imaging, post-closing review, and customer service. This individual will require excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, as they will be leading, training, and supervising a team of approximately 10-20 associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for building and retaining a high-performing loan processing team of approximately 10-20 associates.
  • Guide, coach, and motivate associates while effectively managing the overall flow of the pipeline and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.
  • Monitor overall operational systems, procedures, turnaround times, and quality to make daily operations more efficient.
  • Coordinate the interface between lenders, loan operations group, and other departments to resolve problems and address exceptions.
  • Support lenders with new loan originations by providing a strong operations platform.
  • Reinforce the timely and accurate filing of original and electronic loan documentation.
  • Establish expertise in loan documentation system, loan on-boarding, exception tracking, and other loan operation functions.
  • Maintain and oversee accurate and effective quality control systems.
  • Communicate with Management Team to ensure that production goals are realized, and continued focus is given to the proficiency of the team and the ability to manage the workflow of daily loan operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 5 years of loan processing experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Knowledge of commonly used automotive dealership practices, concepts and procedure a must!

Experience with the following a plus:

  • Call center and finance

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
  • For Regular Full-Time Salaried and Hourly positions, Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match.
