Product Manager

Location: Englewood, CO

iLending is hiring an experienced Product Manager. We are looking for full-time, career-oriented individuals who want to join a fun and energetic company.

LOCATION: The position is on-site in the Englewood Office. To be considered for this position, you must be local to the Denver Area, or moving to the Denver Area. Relocation assistance is not provided.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the delivery of new products by conducting market research, creating product timeframes and plans, and crafting marketing strategies for new products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
  • Collaborate with other department heads to improve the product and its offerings
  • Work with the executive team to create the product roadmap
  • Manage other product team members like BAs, App Support Specialist
  • Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
  • Lead and participate in sprint planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
  • Manage cross-functional teams in business and product
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Develop KPI, ROI and other metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Collaborate with users, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of product management or other relevant experience
  • Experience working directly with designers and developers to design and iterate on products
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
  • Knowledge of agile project management software (experience preferred)

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work is performed in a business office environment. Travel to company, customer and vendor sites, including some that are out of state will be required.

  • The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

  • $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annually
  • Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity
  • For Regular Full-Time Salaried and Hourly positions, Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match.
