GENERAL SUMMARY:

Supports iLending Loan Consultants and prospective customers by calling customer leads, transferring prospective clients to available Loan Consultants, and providing tracking information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting for new applicants through an even mixture of inbound and outbound calls. You will complete a credit application with the customer and then pass it along to a Loan Consultant. Some customer follow-up may be required.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
• Documenting all activity in iLending CRM
• Opportunity to grow into a Loan Consultant role with six-figure earning potential.

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED | Some college preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to operate other office equipment, such as, fax/copy machine, calculator etc.
• Computer skills to include proficiency in typing
• Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organization and multi-task ability
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

• $20.00 per hour / $21.00 per hour for bilingual in Spanish.
• Bonus potential of $250 - $1350 per month.
• For Regular Full-Time Salaried and Hourly positions, Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match.
